ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Mark Emery Rowley Water Department for proposed construction and installation of communications tower with 12′ x 12′ concrete slab base positioned in rear materials storage area at rear of existing building possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 401 Central Street (Map 21, Parcel 33 Lot 2) in Rowley, MA.
