ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 8:30 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Robert Nixon Falcon Ridge Associates, LLC for proposed tree clearing and grading for development of a single family dwelling possibly within the 200′ Riverfront Area of Taylor Brook at 43 Taylor Lane (Map 12, Parcel 3 Lot 7) in Rowley, MA.
