ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 8:45 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Robert Nixon Falcon Ridge Associates, LLC for proposed tree clearing, grading, installation of subsurface infiltrator, and associated utilities for development of a single family dwelling possibly with the 200′ Riverfront Area of Taylor Brook at 45 Taylor Lane (Map 12, Parcel 3 Lot 6) in Rowley, MA.
