In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 8:15 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Rowley Village Green c/o Harvest Properties for proposed construction of a 216′ retaining wall to replace a failing wall with 1300 sq. ft. disturbance possibly within Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 1-25 Heritage Way
