ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 8:00 PM, to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by Harborlight Community Partners for proposed construction of a Supportive Senior Housing Development with demolition of an existing structure, four new buildings (20,550 sq. ft.), a garage, terraces, associated parking, access way, utilities and grading at 236-240 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 13, Parcel/Lot 11 and Parcel 12, Lot 2) in Rowley, MA. Total site disturbance is approximately 115,000 sq. ft. with approximately 800 sq. ft. at a slope greater than 15%.
