ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 7:45 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Kristin Carlson Haborlight Community Partners for proposed construction of an infiltration basin, walkway, fencing, removal of invasive plant species, and restoration planting of native species with grading associated with a Supportive Senior Housing Development possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 236 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 13, Parcel/Lot 11) and 240 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 13, Parcel 12, Lot 2) in Rowley, MA.
