ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 7:45 pm to consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation application filed by John Colantoni of Triple Q, Inc. for proposed delineation of regulated wetland resource areas (state & local) at land off Newbury Road (Map 1, Parcels 21, 22 and Map 6, Parcel/Lot 13) and at 248 Newbury Road (Map 1, Parcel / Lot 20) in Rowley, MA owned by Lucia Herrick Realty Trust & Doria Weymouth.
