ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Sean Blair for proposed soil evaluations then installation and upgrade of a subsurface sewage disposal system with construction of deck and porch on existing dwelling possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and 200′ Riverfront Area of Muddy Brook at 887 Haverhill Street (Map 4, Parcel Lot 36) in Rowley, MA.
