ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Elmer Palencia for proposed soil evaluation for the certification of a subsurface sewage disposal system possibly within the DEP Approved Groundwater Protection Area Zone II at 85 (fka 107) Newburyport Turnpike (Map 14, Parcel 22 Lot 3) in Rowley, MA.
