ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 8:00 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Melissa Lenker Massachusetts Dept. of Transportation for proposed installation of traffic light and intersection improvements possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and 200′ Riverfront Area of the Mill River at ROW of Glen St and Central St and at ROW Newburyport Turnpike (Map 21, Parcel ) in Rowley, MA.
