Proposals shall be submitted to Town of Georgetown, Town Administrator, 1 Library Street, Georgetown MA 01833 by 12pm on February 28, 2022 (submission deadline). Tour(s) of the property are available by request. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals not deemed in the best interest of the Town.
