ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 8:00 PM, to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by John Gikas for proposed construction of a single family dwelling, associated driveway, subsurface sewage disposal system, stormwater facilities, utilities, and grading at 14 Bell Circle (Map 6, Parcel 10, Lot 16) in Rowley, MA. Total site disturbance is approximately 36,950 (0.85 acres).
