ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 8:10 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Michael McNiff MPM Companies, LLC for proposed construction of a single family dwelling with associated driveway, utilities and grading within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 35 (Lot #2) Prospect Street (Map 15, Parcel 77 Lot 2) in Rowley, MA.
