ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 8:00 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Thomas Marsh, Trustee 255 Newbury Road Nominee Trust for proposed soil evaluations for design of subsurface sewage disposal system possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 255 Newbury Road (Map 1, Parcel Lot 26) in Rowley, MA.
