ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 7:45 PM, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Michael McNiff of MPM Companies, LLC owned by Pine Tree Realty Trust for proposed soil evaluations possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and an intermittent stream (un-named) at 35 Prospect St. (Map 15, Parcel/Lot 77) in Rowley, MA.
