ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as
amended, a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 8:00 pm in Room 5 of the
Town Hall Annex at 39 Central Street to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed
by Rui Ferreira for proposed construction of a single family dwelling, driveway, subsurface drainage
structures, utilities and associated grading at 74 Glen Street (Map 21, Parcel/Lot 7A) in Rowley, MA.
Total site disturbance 26,331 sq. ft. (0.60 acres).
