ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, section 40, as amended, and the
Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2021
at 8:oo pm in Room 5 of the Town Hall Annex at 39 Central Street to consider a Notice of Intent
application filed by Rui Ferreira for proposed construction of a single family dwelling, driveway,
subsurface drainage structures, utilities and associated grading possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone
to Bordering Vegetated Wetland at 74 Glen Street (Map 21, Parcel/Lot 7A) in Rowley, MA.
