GEORGETOWN PLANNING BOARD
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is given that the Planning Board shall hold a Public Hearing in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40A, Section 11, and the provisions of Article XIII – Special Permits and Site Plan Review, as further provided in §165-83 of the Town of Georgetown Zoning Bylaws and Ch. 57 Erosion and Stormwater Control. The Public Hearing will be for both a Stormwater Permit and Site Plan Approval for redevelopment of a single-family home to create new mixed-use buildings at 55 West Main Street, Town Assessor’s Map 6C-168 in Zoning District CA.
This public hearing shall be held remotely on Wednesday, 27 MAY 2026 at 7:30 P.M., in accordance with the Executive Order waiving certain provisions of M.G.L. c. 30A, sec. 20 during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was extended to JUNE 30, 2027 by action of the General Court and signed by Gov.
