Salisbury – Salisbury Days, held on the weekend of September 17-19, will have a weekend lineup of free events at the Beach Center and the Town Square. The opening ceremony kickoff begins at 4:30 pm on Friday, September 17, and the Tortoise and the Hare 10K/5K/1-mile fun run at Lyons Park at 6:00 pm. In addition, a senior skee ball tournament takes place at Joe’s Playland in the beach center at 3:00 pm.
Saturday, September 18, is packed with family activities beginning at 8:00 am with yoga on the beach, live music, an old-fashion bike parade, Beerfest, wrapping up with a performance on the beach with the Beantown Swing Orchestra at 7:30 pm.
The festivities conclude on Sunday, September 19, with the Fair in the Square starting at 10:00 am. This all-day event with more than 50 art and craft vendors on the town square includes live music, beer garden, a Fireman’s Muster, tours of the Salisbury Museum and Pike School, Corn Hole and Pickleball Tournaments, farmer’s market, library book sale, Touch-a-Truck for kids, and more.
