ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 8:15 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Sheriff Abuzahra Wilkes Realty Trust for proposed soil testing for future construction of two residential lots possibly within NHESP Blanding’s Turtle Estimated & Priority Habitat at Cindy Lane (Map 6, Parcel 10) in Rowley, MA.
