The coastal communities of Salisbury, Newbury, and Newburyport have been working collaboratively on a regional beach sediment management study! Through funding from Coastal Zone Management, and technical assistance from Sustainable Coastal Solutions, the team has explored different sediment management approaches for our region. Please join us at one of our upcoming Community Forums to:
- Share your experience living, working, and recreating on the barrier beaches
- Hear main findings from the recently completed Regional Beach Sediment Management Study
- Gain knowledge on ways to improve local resilience
- Provide feedback to your community on proposed management strategies
