Shane W. Faircloth

Wednesday May 06, 2026

Shane W. Faircloth, 37, of Barrington, NH, formally of Rowley, MA, passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer.

Shane was born on April 28, 1988, grew up in Rowley and attended Triton Regional High School. Shane worked for Domino’s until he became a mechanic and found his passion. He always seemed to like the challenge of taking things apart and putting them back together which made being a mechanic (or building a computer from the ground up), look easy. If you were lucky enough to have had Shane work on your vehicle over the years, you surely understand the void he’s left in that industry. Shane dreamt of having his own pad and lift on the property in New Hampshire, and right up until the end, he talked about that plan.

Growing up on a dead-end street, there was always enough kids around to play manhunt, ride bikes, or go “to the creek”. Every summer Shane and his family enjoyed camping at Acres of Wildlife, where the love for fire pits was started. He also enjoyed time with friends and family, whether it was a backyard barbecues, playing guitar around the fire pit, boating trips, car races or target shooting. But he especially loved the holiday gatherings, Christmas being his favorite. Shane was also known for his legendary homemade pizza or mac n’cheese—crafted with care, shared generously, and always declared the best around (by him, at least!).

By Shane’s side was his trusted companion, his dog—known, in true Shane fashion, as “Dog”. In addition to Dog, Shane is survived by his father, William K. Faircloth III (wife, Sandy); mother, Danielle Coulombe (husband, Ronald); siblings, Jessica Faircloth; Travis Faircloth (partner, Kaylah); Devyn Faircloth (fiancé, Stephen); his nieces, Aaliyah and Vanessa Faircloth; nephew, Cole Dexter; grandfather, William K. Faircloth Jr. (wife Joyce); as well as many other family members and friends.

Shane was predeceased by his grandmothers, Marilyn Coulombe and Barbara Faircloth; grandfather, Francis Coulombe.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Carlos, Louis and Sarah, Bob, Eddy, and Pat for all that was done for Shane in his final days.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the Central Cemetery, 60 Hale Street, Beverly, MA 01915 at 11:00am. Following the service, please join us at the family home in Rowley for a backyard barbecue as we gather to remember Shane. There will be fire pits and music— feel free to bring an instrument.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Shane’s memory to a charity of your choice.
