NEWBURYPORT – We are looking forward to the excitement and energy of seeing everyone on Sunday, September 28, 2025, for the 15th annual Greater Newburyport Ovarian Cancer 5K Run/Walk, in honor of Jackie Poor and Paula Holm. Proceeds benefit local women undergoing treatment for ovarian cancer and help fund research, education, and awareness.
The event begins and ends at our generous host, Michael’s Harborside Restaurant & Bar, Newburyport.

This 5K has something for everyone:
A family-friendly walk through downtown Newburyport and along the Merrimack River.
A timed, competitive 5K run, with awards in multiple age categories and with technical expertise and promotional support by the Winner’s Circle Running Club. The run is also endorsed by the New England 65+ Runners Club.
