ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 9:00 PM to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by Wethersfield Development LLC for proposed construction of three (3) single-family dwellings with associated appurtenances, associated grading, septic systems, and stormwater facilities at 195 Wethersfield St (Map 17, Parcel 26) in Rowley, MA. Total site disturbance is approximately 94,212 sq ft. (2.16 acres). The Go To remote meeting link will be posted on the Town Website in advance of the meeting for that calendar date.
