ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 8:15 PM, to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by Rowley Industrial Acres, LLC for proposed clearing, grading, construction gravel access drive, and settling basins at 30 Turcotte Memorial Dr. (fka 50 Vintons Ln.) (Map 16, Parcels 1 & 2) in Rowley, MA. Total site disturbance is approximately 548,865 sq ft. (12.6 acres) with 141,092 sq. ft. (3.24 acres) at 15% slope or greater.
