ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Anne and William Ganzenmuller for proposed soil evaluations and installation of a replacement subsurface sewage disposal system within the 100′ Buffer Zone to an Isolated Vegetated Wetland at 72 Central Street (Map 24, Parcel 25) in Rowley, MA.
