ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 8:00 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Robert Nixon Bitterroot LLC owned by 510 Newburyport Realty Trust for proposed roadway crossing filling 3,151 sq. ft. wetlands with replication of 6,449 sq. ft., clearing, grading, installation of retaining walls, drainage facilities, and associated utilities possibly within Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and the 100′ Buffer at 510 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 19, Parcel 8 Lot 4A) in Rowley, MA.
