ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Lawrence Cassenti Chrislar Horse Farm and Equestrian Center for proposed activities including maintaining outdoor training ring and paths, existing drainage structures and horse tracks, pruning, and repair, replacement and addition of fences within 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, Stream, Bank, and DEP Approved Groundwater Protection Area Zone II at 944 Haverhill Street (Map 4, Parcel 15 Lot 2) in Rowley, MA.
