Local classical guitarist and Berklee College of Music alum Scott Ouellette returns to the Rowley Public Library to perform instrumental classical guitar music. With 40 years performance experience, Scott has performed at many high profile venues in and around the Boston area, as well as New Hampshire and Maine. Scott’s compositions are highly influenced by the music of Spain, Brazil, and Latin America. His lullaby “Cullare la Tempesta” has been performed and recorded by guitarists around the world.
