Owner: Mauro Nicolini
Mauro opened his restaurant over eight years ago, Aug. 18th, 2018, and it has been a local favorite in the surrounding communities ever since. He always wanted to own his own restaurant, and after years working extremely hard for other restaurants, his dream came true. Mauro worked for Steve’s House of Pizza in Haverhill for 12 years, as well as the Pizza Factory, where his location is now. Mauro studied and absorbed all he could from his prior employers and applied what he learned to his own creative recipes, which has made him extremely successful!
Mauro is married to his lovely wife Michele, and has two children, Mila, age 9, and Murilo, age 13, and reside in Haverhill. His heritage is from a large Italian and Brazilian family. They have passed down to Mauro, authentic, and traditional recipes!
He believes he would not sell food that he would not eat himself! He purchases only the best, top-of-the-line food from U.S. companies, including Performance Food Co., located in Taunton, Mass., US Food Performers of Seabrook, N.H., and Colony Foods of Lawrence.
The Ogden family feels that this is the best restaurant around, with top quality food, always fresh and crisp! One of our favorites from Nicolini’s is their grilled chicken broccoli with alfredo sauce, and ziti!
Generous portions, home-made, and extremely satisfying! You feel as though you just dined out at a gourmet restaurant! Their salads are always so fresh and crisp, you can hear the crunch!! Moe’s pizza is freshly made dough, with savory tomato sauce, with golden crust, and bubbling melted cheese, baked to perfection! You can add many of your favorite toppings or what he’s created! One of the favorites is Moe’s “Sweet Pizza”, with his own handmade sweet sauce, and a special blend of cheese! (This is making me hungry!) There is also much more on the menu. Some of the other favorites are his famous steak tips, chicken kabob salads, and his generous portions on his sandwiches! And let’s not forget his beautifully presented calzones, overstuffed! If you notice on the menu, Moe offers some very unique items!

Nicolini’s also offers exciting desserts; baklava, butter cookies (all authentic), as well as soft drinks and assortment of chips. He has the best employees any owner could wish for, and I have become friendly with most of them. They always have a pleasant demeanor and will make every effort to make you feel satisfied!
Chris, the manager, is very jovial and friendly. He always has a smile! The rest of Moe’s team, Monaliza, Yanni, Anzo, Michelle, Tifhane, and Alex, are the best, and always happy as well! They all work so hard, and enjoy each other’s company, because they are family, and this is the environment Mr. Moe has created; they respect each other.
