IPSWICH − Dan Kelly drew supporters from every town in the 2nd Essex district when they gathered to formally kickoff his run for state representative. The event, held at the Ipswich Masonic Lodge on Topsfield Road was posted as a large “neighborhood gathering, not a fundraising event.”
Attendees caught up with one another on local events and chat, and enjoyed live background music.
The 2nd Essex consists of the towns of Georgetown, Hamilton, Ipswich, Newbury, and Rowley, and Precinct 1, of the town of Topsfield, all in the county of Essex
