ROWLEY: Budget Busters: Don’t Be Left Out in the Cold! Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 1:30 p.m. Rowley Public Library

ROWLEY – This program is for all residents. Learn about fuel assistance, Shine, the Good Neighbor program, RAFT, HMLP (Home Modification Loan Program), food pantries, and other ways of getting support in Massachusetts.
Presenters include staff and volunteers from Community Action and the Council on Aging.
Sign-up is appreciated but not required – drop-ins welcome.
