Community-Led Rewilding Project at Veasey Memorial Park
Groveland – Veasey Memorial Park in Groveland hosted a community-led event to plant 1800 trees and shrubs in the Miyawaki planting method, on April 26th and 27th. The initiative, a collaboration between the town, local residents, and the Massachusetts Master Gardeners, aimed to enhance biodiversity by planting 4000 square feet of forest. The project showcases the town’s commitment to conservation and sustainability.
