Halloween Paper Doll Witch Craft

Calling all witchy crafters or crafty witches aged 16+: Join us for a witch craft! We will provide you with all the materials required to turn Victorian clip art into dimensional spooky and sassy paper witches.
Catherine the Crafty Librarian will show you how to create a witchy form, make a costume from patterned papers, and add volume and depth using some simple costuming techniques. Make a few witches, hang them in a coven for instant Halloween décor!
