The Rowley Municipal Lighting Plant recently completed the installation of the town’s first Public Level 2 EV Charging Station at the Rowley Town Library (behind Rowley Town Hall).

The installation was funded by a Massachusetts Electric Vehicle Incentive Program (MassEVIP)

Public Access Charging (PAC) grant through the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP).

Rowley Municipal Lighting Plant would like to thank the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection along with the Board of Library Trustees, Library Director Pam Jacobson, Town Administrator Debbie Eagan and her staff, Rowley Highway Department, as well as the Rowley Selectman for their help in making this happen.
