Thomas, who has spent 25 years in kitchens from Arizona to Boston, was most recently the executive chef for SCP, Inc. in Andover, where he oversaw kitchen operations for Daxi, Sauce and 15sx. He has been a consulting chef for the Schlow Restaurant Group, where he helped open multiple restaurants in Boston, including Alta Strada at Logan Airport, Sauce Burgers at Hub Hall and Michael Schlow’s Italian Kitchen at Time Out Market.
Spencer trained at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Arizona while working at The Royal Palms Resort and Spa. He lives with his wife and three daughters in Ipswich.
