We Are Looking For Help In All Different Ways!

Amesbury — Attic Treasures

Donations of clean, unbroken household items, toys, tools and decorative items can be left on the stage in the gym starting October 9th. Normal office hours to drop items are: Mon-Thur 9:00 am-noon

Friday 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, but it is recommended to call the office first to make sure someone is there. Or bring them on Sundays!

Please, no clothes, electronics or large furniture.

Cookie Carnival Table

Donations of any different kinds of cookies are needed to sell. Bake ahead & freeze. Bag in clear baggies, 4 small/medium cookies of like kind per bag or 2 LARGE cookies in one bag. Please label for nuts or PB and label with type of cookie. Deliver Friday, November 4, 9am-2pm or Saturday, November 5, 8:30-10am.

Candy & Bake Table

Donations of homemade pies, breads, fudge and candy needed to sell. Bake ahead & freeze. Bag in clear baggies, cut into squares & label for nuts or PB and type of item. Deliver Friday, November 4, 9am-2pm or Saturday, November 5, 8:30-10am.

Volunteer Opportunities

We need help with:

• Gym set-up to unpack boxes Wed, Nov 2 – Fri, Nov 4. Call church to make sure it is open.

• Fair set-up on Friday, November 4, 9-12

• Work tables November 5, in Hall & Gym

• Clean up from 2:30-3:30

Soup Buffet Luncheon

Donations of soups, chowders, stews, chili in crockpots are needed. Deliver soups HOT on Saturday, November 5 from 8:30-9:30am.

Cash donations are very welcome for food & supplies. Please give cash donations to Maureen or Dianne Cole.
