Seabrook — Yankee Fisherman’s Cooperative is excited to announce that they will be hosting their annual Trunk or Treat event on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 4pm to 7pm at the Yankee Fisherman’s Cooperative (YFC) grounds located at 725 Ocean Boulevard in Seabrook, New Hampshire.
Kickoff Halloween weekend at the YFC! The fishing vessels that bring fresh fish, shellfish and lobster from local waters to restaurants and retail establishments throughout New England, will open their trunks for a safe, fun, and family-friendly trick or treat experience for seacoast kids of all ages! Costumes for kids and adults alike are encouraged to come and enjoy treats, games, activities and a 50/50 drawing with a special treat for the winner. YFC is a local and sustainable fishing cooperative based in Seabrook Harbor in New Hampshire that specializes in lobster and tuna and also provides a wide variety of quality seafood from around New England in their retail store that is open year round. YFC is a small business that is focused on personable interactions and doing what it takes to satisfy each and every customer in their commercial or retail business. Their local fishing crews work hard day and night to bring the best of their catch straight to the co-op docks. YFC crews then sort, weigh and put fresh fish on ice for retail customers to purchase at their storefront or for delivery to their commercial customers including restaurants and markets across New England.

The Yankee Fisherman’s Cooperative (YFC) was founded in 1990 as a fishermen-owned unloading and processing facility and retail market. Today YFC has over sixty members and non-members participating in the docks and services YFC provides.
