Wednesday May 11, 2022

DANVERS — Braden Monaco, Managing Partner at Blue Horizon Benefits in Danvers, has been named a finalist in the 2022 Broker of the Year competition by BenefitsPRO. Monaco is one of five finalists who, according to BenefitsPRO, represent the vanguard of benefits advisors leading the way into the future.

Monaco founded Blue Horizon Benefits with Andrea Flynn and Chris Morin in 2016. The company differs from others with its heavy emphasis on technological solutions for clients. The company’s technology solutions are designed to address immediate benefits matters and improve efficiencies with the company for savings that will be realized in the future.

“At Blue Horizon we work hard to create individual benefits packages for each company we work with, understanding that many organizations are looking for consistent, positive changes instead of a wholesale re-imagining of how benefits are delivered,” said Monaco. “To be recognized as a finalist for this award validates what we are doing as an agency is changing lives and improving business outcomes.”

BenefitsPRO.com is the #1 online destination for every benefits professional. The site is designed to quickly provide benefits brokers/consultants, benefits managers and retirement advisors with the news, resources, and tools they need.

The 2022 Broker of the Year will be announced at the BenefitsPRO Broker Expo, May 23-25 in Austin, Texas.

Monaco, of Newburyport is a graduate of Endicott College and serves on the boards of the YMCA of the North Shore and serves on the Associated Builders and Contractors Future Leaders.
