North Shore Chamber hosting lifesaving CPR/AED training

DANVERS — The North Shore Chamber of Commerce invites the community to learn lifesaving skills during an Adult CPR/AED training session on Wednesday, April 13, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Boston Marriott Peabody, 8A Centennial Drive, Peabody.

When Seconds Count, Inc., of Salem will lead the training. All instructors are active paramedics and emergency medical technicians and are certified by the American Heart Association. The course will include all materials and a certificate of completion.

The training is open to the public. The Chamber is especially encouraging North Shore businesses to enroll their employees so they may learn critical skills to save the life of a colleague, family member or even a stranger in an emergency.

The event is sponsored by the Boston Marriott Peabody.
