Newburyport – Elma Mandzo-Jovanovic has been promoted to Regional Manager/Assistant Vice President at Newburyport Bank. In that role, she’ll be responsible for the effective performance of retail locations within her assigned region, including operations, production, customer service, training, security, and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives. Ms. Mandzo-Jovanovic will also be instrumental in promoting the Bank’s sales and service culture through coaching and staff motivation. She will report to Kevin Noyes, SVP and Retail Banking Director.
Ms. Mandzo-Jovanovic joined Newburyport Bank in 2021 as the Business Development Manager of the Salisbury office. Her previous experience includes Branch Manager, AVP at Brookline Bank/First Ipswich Bank, Business Development Officer at TCB – The Cooperative Bank, Financial Services Manager at People’s United Bank, Financial Services Manager at TD Bank, Assistant Branch Manager at Digital Federal Credit Union, and Assistant Branch Manager at Metro Credit Union. She is actively involved in the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce recently being named to the Board of Directors. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Friends of North Shore Education Consortium.
