ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 8:00 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Vernon Bell III for proposed soil evaluations for stormwater management and possible design of a subsurface sewage disposal system within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 308 Wethersfield St (Map 18, Parcel 5, Lot 13-9) and at 312 Wethersfield Street (Map 18, Parcel 5, Lot 14-8) in Rowley, MA.
