LEGAL NOTICE
ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 8:45 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Robert Gray of Rowley Water Department for proposed installation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 8” ductile iron and 350 linear feet of new 10” high density polyethylene water main from Central St. to Mansion Dr. possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and the 200’ Riverfront Area of Ox Pasture Brook at ROW Fenno Drive (Map 28) in Rowley, MA.
