ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 8:30 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Nicholas Meninno of Meninno Construction for proposed soil evaluations for possible future stormwater management and design of a subsurface sewage disposal system within 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and DEP Approved Groundwater Protection Area Zone II at 45 Newbury Road (Map 5, Parcel/Lot 62) and 47 Newbury Road (Map 5, Parcel 62, Lot 1) in Rowley, MA.
