ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 9:00 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Theodore Speros of Danielsville LLC for proposed construction of a single family residence, subsurface sewage disposal system, driveway, utilities, and associated grading possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at land off Emily Lane (Map 9, Parcel 23, Lot 30) in Rowley, MA.
