ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 8:15 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Elayne Georgoulakos for proposed removal of seven (7) high risk and hazardous mature trees from the 25’ No Cut/ No Disturbance Zone within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 34 Cindy Lane (Map 6, Parcel 10, Lot 8) in Rowley, MA.
