ROWLEY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
A Public Hearing will be held at the Rowley Town Hall Annex, 39 Central Street, on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 7:00 PM to act on an application received November 17, 2025 from Sarah Lattrell and Robert Emery. Applicant(s) is requesting a Special Permit from RPZB sec 6.1.3.2 for new construction of a single-family residential dwelling on a previously undeveloped Form A lot. The property is located at 8 Mansion Drive in the Coastal Conservation district and is shown on Assessors’ Map 28, Lot 60. At the public hearing, members of the public may ask questions and present evidence that supports either the approval or denial of this petition.
