A Public Hearing will be held at the Rowley Town Hall, 139 Main St., on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to act on an application received February 19, 2025 from Benjamin Roberts c/o Mead Talerman & Costa, LLC on behalf of Todd’s River View Farm, LLC. Applicant(s) is appealing a permit denial and requesting a Special Permit from RZPB section 5.2. The property is located at 275 Main Street in the Central, Outlying district and is shown on Assessors’ Map 26 Block 25 Lot 3. At the public hearing, members of the public may ask questions and present evidence that supports either the approval or denial of this petition.
