A Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 7:00 PM to act on an application received December 9, 2025 from Hunter and Sherry Wagner. Applicant(s) is requesting a Special Permit from RPZB sec 6.1.3.1. for a variance to front set back and/or a Finding pursuant to RPZB sec 5.4.2. The property is located at 25 Railroad Ave in the Outlying district and is shown on Assessors’ Map 27, Parcel 118. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 139 Main St in the second floor auditorium.
