ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended,
and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 8:00 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Keri Hamilton, Trustee Thirty-Four Central Street Nominee Trust for proposed construction of two (2) new residential units with associated drainage, stormwater management infrastructure, grading and utilities and restoration of the 100′ Buffer Zone and Inner Riparian Zone at 34 Central Street (Map 25, Parcel 9) in Rowley, MA.
